Regulation

The UK Mortgage industry is regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA). They took over from the Mortgage Code Compliance Board (MCCB) in 2004.

Mortgage Warehouse only deals with FSA registered brokers. You can find more detail on our service here.

The FSA web site gives more information on regulation. It also provides plenty of useful advice for anyone considering a mortgage, up to date news on changes in the mortgage industry, and warnings and alerts about unscrupulous companies.
